Fit City Training is dedicated to providing a fun, effective and goal-oriented fitness boot camp program designed for men, women and youth in Austin and surrounding areas. We make your goal our promise.
Our campers achieve results faster and improve their flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, body composition, agility, speed, balance and in totality, their overall health.
Fit City Training was founded in support to the City Mayor's health and fitness initiative to make Austin "The Fittest City".
